Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and spoti.bar ("we", "us", "our"), a web design studio based in the United Kingdom. By commissioning any service from spoti.bar — whether via email, direct message, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available at spoti.bar.

Services

spoti.bar provides web design and development services including, but not limited to:

• Biolink pages — single-page link aggregation sites
• Small and large business websites
• Portfolio and personal sites
• Booking and landing pages
• Custom web builds, tools, and platforms

All services are delivered as described at the time of commissioning. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed prior to project commencement. For most projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. For smaller one-off projects (e.g. Biolinks), full payment upfront may be required.

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
• Late payments may incur a charge of 5% per 7-day period overdue
• Work will not commence or continue until the agreed deposit is received
• Final files and access will not be transferred until payment is received in full

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as described in your chosen plan. A revision is defined as a set of reasonable amends to the existing design — not a complete redesign or change of direction.

• Biolink plan includes 2 revision rounds
• Business Site plan includes 3 revision rounds
• Custom Build plan includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope
• Additional revisions beyond the included allowance are charged at £25/hour
• Revision requests must be submitted together in a single document or message per round

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment in full, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and all original assets created for the project. Until payment is received in full, all work remains the intellectual property of spoti.bar.

• spoti.bar retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, icons, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences
• The client is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to any content they supply
• We do not transfer source files unless explicitly agreed and paid for as an add-on

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logos, branding) within 5 business days of project start
• Respond to revision feedback requests within 5 business days
• Ensure all supplied content is accurate, lawful, and free from third-party rights issues
• Provide a single point of contact with authority to approve work

Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery timelines. spoti.bar accepts no liability for delays arising from failure to meet the above responsibilities.

Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are contingent on timely receipt of all required materials from the client. Standard timelines are:

• Biolink pages — approximately 3 business days
• Business websites — approximately 7 business days
• Custom builds — timeline agreed individually at project start

spoti.bar is not liable for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:

• If you cancel before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full
• If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable to cover time already invested
• If the project is abandoned by the client for more than 30 days without communication, the project will be considered complete and no refund will be issued
• If we are unable to complete the agreed work, a full refund will be provided

Limitation of Liability

spoti.bar's total liability to any client under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or conversion rates as a result of our work.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice via email. In the event of termination:

• The client pays for all work completed up to the point of termination
• Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless termination is initiated by spoti.bar
• Completed work will not be transferred until any outstanding balance is settled

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
